Bruce reminded us that it takes a Village to keep this Settlement running smoothly and everyone needs to do a little bit to help by volunteering.  As an example: Ray and Sandy Nadenic have taken over the Cake Sale and helping in the kitchen and we have to man the Crankin A Gate entrance to the PAS both today and tomorrow.

Bruce Thanked Kim Ziffra for all the informative articles she has sent in to our Magazine.  Be sure to read them as she is doing a great job for our Club. He also mentioned the used parts sale that is conducted at the Garage.  Parts are being donated and if used by another member a donation is given.

The Club donates $50 a month to the Settlement.  Bruce mentioned that S.R. Parrott, used Model A’s on it’s advertising banner for Turkey Rod Run this year.

James Foresman said he has picture of it on our Web site photos.

When Bruce asked if any other old business needed to be mentioned, Kim Ziffra wanted to be sure we took note of Fred’s “First Annual Haircut” - Looks nice, Fred! 😉

New Business:  Bruce informed us that after today’s meeting he will be presenting the Associate Director, Gudrun Benson, with our Annual Contribution to the Settlement of a check for $1,000.00 along with $50 for our Monthly donation for March.   Looking for new Members to join the Settlement – can be done by website: www.pioneersettlement.org.

Kevin Duffy reported on our Spring Tour, April 8-9, 2026.  Participants will have a map as well and a sheet of driving directions.  Please be on time – leaving at 9AM from the Garage - have a full tank of gas and an empty bladder 😉

Kevin informed us that he is working on a night at the Athens Theater in DeLand on December 3rd.  We will be attending the “Christmas Story” play with a box of seats for 11 people only with special perks along with regular nearby seating – Details TBA.

Marina Coidakis will have our Christmas Dinner/Party on December 11th at the Palmetto Club with pricing and menu available in August and tickets in September.  Party will be extended to 10 PM with Gary Michael having already procured our entertainment.

April Monthly Meeting will be held in School House at 10 AM.  After adjourning a Social Hour will be held in the Garage followed by a BBQ Lunch for $10.00 at Noon.

Larry Antonelli is now the Sales Person for name badges and shirts.  It was mentioned that the Model A Foundation at the Gilmore Car Museum can be joined individually or by groups to help support.

It was discussed and a motion made and accepted to not give out trophies at this Spring Car Show but to make our November Show our main Club Event.  Bruce emphasized buying our 50/50 tickets from Karen to be drawn at 2 PM today with winner picking April’s Monthly Dinner restaurant.

A quick mention on our project cars.  Paul tells us painted, assembled – almost!!!  Fred Clark reported a little woodworking to be done – ready to get it running.    Need to come up with Day Trips!
